Australian David Palmer (pic) won the clash of the World Champions, while Egyptian Amr Shabana was suffering on an injury and had to retire in the 2nd game. Palmer will meet the winner of the last quarter-final match at the ROWE British Grand Prix, either Frenchman Thierry Lincou or Egyptian Ramy Ashour.
