Borja Golan wins La Ciotat International Open!

Borja Golan (pic, ESP) beats Stephane Galifi (ITA) (11-7, 11-3, 8-11, 11-1) to take the La Ciotat International Open title. After 50 minutes Golan took revenge for his defeat against Galifi at last month’s Internationaux de France. This title marks Golan’s comeback after major knee surgery last year as his world ranking went down to 95 just seven months after holding the No.10 spot. The main question, how close the 27-year-old Golan will get back to his career height, might be answered at the end of the year.
