The second day of 1st round action at the 2016 J.P. Morgan Tournament of Champions in New York saw local wild card player Todd Harrity crashing out of the tournament losing 11-6, 8-11, 11-6, 11-8 to 21-year-old Egyptian talent Fares Dessouki.
24-year-old World No.1 Mohamed Elshorbagy (ri) survived just, as he overcame the attacks of 4-year-younger Egyptian compatriot Fares Dessouki (le) to take the victory in the 1st round at the 2015 Windy City Open in Chicago.
Squash World Champion Nick Matthew booked his place in the quarter-finals of the Delaware Investments US Open with straight games victory (11-6, 11-6, 11-9) over England’s Chris Simpson during the 2nd day of 2nd round action in Philadelphia.
