Kandra romps into World Open main draw!

On his 21st birthday Germany’s Raphael Kandra (pic ri) produced the only upset in the 2nd part of the qualifying finals at the World Open in Rotterdam, as he beat Frenchman Julian Balbo (pic le) 6-11, 15-13, 11-9, 11-4 in 75 minutes.
