Qualifying for November’s Kuwait Open takes place at St George’s Hill in Surrey, with 32 players fighting for one of eight available main draw places. Round two saw some marathon matches and some up-sets as well, while Hungarian Mark Krajcsak beat Mohd Nafiizwan Adnan in 109 minutes (9-11, 11-9, 7-11, 11-8, 11-8) to secure his place in the Kuwait Open. Additionally Mohd Ali Anwar Reda (EGY) came back from two games down against Robbie Temple to take the match caused by the Englishman’s retirement. The following six more players did make the way to Kuwait: Saurav Ghosal (IND), Ryan Cuskelly (AUS), Nicolas Mueller (SUI), Borja Golan (ESP), Mohammed Abbas (EGY), Omar Abdel Aziz (EGY).
