In an exciting development for squash in England, event promoters have announced that the English Grand Prix, hosted by Wolverhampton Lawn Tennis & Squash Club (12-13 September), will be the qualification competition for the ROWE British Grand Prix, which will be held at the National Squash Centre in Manchester from 15-20 September. Offering the largest prize fund of any World Tour ranking event in Europe, the championship will attract the world’s top players, led by England’s new world No1 Nick Matthew. The qualification in Wolverhampton will provide an unparalleled opportunity for the UK’s most exciting young and emerging squash talents to compete against the world’s very best players.
