Egyptian World No1 Ramy Ashour (ri) came back from 1:2 games down to step up the pace and snatch the San Francisco title in 5 tough games (11-4, 7-11, 7-11, 11-3, 11-2) from his French opponent and title holder Greg Gaulter (le).
